Banned for 2 weeks for "Exessive Aggro" in chat?

So, i was playing a game earlier, and a player was being toxic and trolling with tahm kench, by eating me because i told him that someone called toplane before him (I was adc btw) i was trying to break up a fight, so, as the game progressed, i kept telling the other team to report him, and he was calling me and i quote: "A fa-gg-ot bitch slut", "Useless piece of shit", "Lowlife scum slut". So, i told the other team to report him and said that he was being "Butthurt" and yea, i said "f-g-t" a couple of times. because he called toplane after someone else. So, if trying to break up a fight and then saying one word a couple times gets a 12 day ban, but all that other stuff doesnt get any punishment..... then i guess league isnt the game for me. I thought riot was a little better than others when it came to stuff like this but i see i was wrong. The worst part is, i cant even look at the game replay to find him name. So, i suppose, ill just be done with league unless something is done to make this right.
