Permanently suspended due to 3rd party programs that I have never used

Yesterday I received an email from Riot telling me my account has been permanently suspended for using 3rd party programs.

1. I don't currently nor have I ever used any type of third party programs. No scripts, no overlays, no hacks of any sort.

2. My account is my own. It isn't bought, I created it in season 2 and have been playing ever since. No one has my account information or plays on my account. I only ever play on my personal computer.

3. I have already submitted a ticket to support to which they have responded to. Their initial response was as follows,

"After reviewing your account to double check all the facts, it looks like the account was banned for using exploits. This is an issue that we take very seriously as it ruins the integrity of the game for many players. You can read more about our stance here:

I cannot disclose any details regarding our investigation as we want to keep the methods that we use a secret from any malicious intent of gaming the system. However, if you're sharing your account information with anyone else, that would be a violation of our Terms of Use and can cause your account to be detected also.

Based on our investigation, we're very confident with the information we have gathered and will not be modifying this decision. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let me know."

I responded to this message and today received another response which stated,

"Hello again,

I understand that this is a very frustrating situation for you. We don't ban players on a whim as we know how valuable the account is to them. Permanent suspensions aren't issued until we are very confident with the decision. Essentially, it's pretty clear to us from our end. That said, we have gathered enough data to go ahead with the decision on this case. :/ "

The problem here is I know with complete certainty that I haven't used any type of exploits or 3rd party programs. I know no one has my information or has been playing on my account because I checked my games played at op.gg to see if anything seemed off. I feel completely and utterly helpless in this situation. If any Riot employee could please look into this for me I would be very appreciative. If anyone has had this happen to them and was able to resolve the issue I would welcome any advice. I don't want to lose the account I have spent 5 years on because of some automated program that thinks I was cheating.

EDIT: new response from support, We thoroughly check our data to ensure accuracy. Once we have reviewed an exploit case, we will not modify the punishment. I understand that this is probably not the answer that you wanted to hear but there really is no way for you to recover this account.

Also please upvote! Help get this thread noticed by a rioter so I can get some help!
