For all those wrongfully perma banned for 3rd party programs

I created this thread because like the others ive seen the past week or so ive also been wrongfully banned for 3rd party programs. After reading through others topics i think ive found a correlation between all of us. Razer synapse. This is the only program ive seen in common with my own circumstances and the other players. Now i might be wrong about this so for all of you who have created topics about being banned for 3rd party programs please comment and let me know if you do indeed have this program installed. If this program is somehow causing a false positive then i would hope a Riot employee would look into this. But first we need to see if this correlation is actually there. Also if you know you actually did use some kind of script or hacks then this thread isnt for you.

I would still submit a ticket with this suggestion, but yeah, that sounds like a promising lead. I hope that all of you get the bottom of it and get your accounts back.

I was wrongfully banned for 3rd party programs, not because of Razer Synapse but, I had a rhythm game named Osu! opened in the background which prompted a screen that didn't allow me to join a League of Legends game after the champ select. I believe this seemed to be detected as a script or hack. It seems like there are more programs than one that is able to get you banned.

same here, casual player of urf, 6-7 year old account. Random perma after this recent urf event, never used anything remotely abusive of their TOS. Also running Razer synapse

Same here.

Casual player using single account for around 4 years mostly Normals/Aram/Featured game mode.

I do have Razer Synapse running along with Overwolf, Curse (for wow addons), Mumble, and Occasionally Discord.

Checked my account last Friday and found I had got suspended. Only have one generic response from support. Unsure what to do.

I have sentimental value to my account and I don't want to just start a new one, and even if I did there no guarantee I wont just get banned again by whatever triggered the first one.

Hoping this thread gets noticed.

Ooh, I had razer synapse and got banned like a year ago. Since early season 2, never did anything of the sort at all but oh well.

They literally told me it wasn't that though, after a ton of them saying they couldn't tell me that. That said, given how on every false-ban case all of the player behaviour people say they've checked, I'm pretty sure they don't know anything after all.

Only hope of it working is to somehow get this thread enough traction that a big name looks into it though.

Same thing here, I even mentioned every running app I had to them in my ticket and that was one of them. I have a razer mouse and keyboard obviously you need the synapse for drivers. But if it sheds any light. I don't have anything else set in synapse for macros on either the keyboard or mouse.
