I bet a Rioter wont show up...

About four days ago I received an email from riot informing me that I was permanently suspended for using 3rd party software. I have never used any type of 3rd party software with league. No scripts, hacks, no overwolf or lolwiz, absolutely nothing. So I sent in a ticket to support to dispute the ban. After going back and forth with them for the past few days they have essentially told me that once an account has been permanently banned there is nothing that could be done. They never provided me with any help whatsoever, just continually telling me I did something that I KNOW I have never done. Played this game since mid season 2, own all champs, spent 1000+ on this game not to mention how many countless hours of my life and Riot wont even give me a chance to defend myself against this ridiculous accusation. All I want is for a Rioter to look into this. I know this is a mistake. Please help me get my account back

I can confirm they don't care. I lost my account to what I presume is hackers. I could no longer log in, and was receiving a message telling me that I was banned.

Apparently whoever stole my account was toxic enough they got my account (with pretty much everything up until ~2015ish, unlocked), banned.

When I contacted customer service, telling them I couldn't play with my nephew because of this, they basically said, "Once an account is banned, we cannot unban it. ".

They cared absolutely 0. Nada. I explained my situation, and they basically just told me to F myself. (But in that polite, trained customer service way)

So... I'll just never spend money with Riot again. Not that they or anyone else cares. Best thing you can do though is vote with your wallet.

Eyy wont matter because riot cant unban a permabanned account they're just going to tell you they found you using 3rd party things and then thats the end of that

They just delete accounts off of the server. Which is dumb, considering it sounds like they didn't even look into it or question the person. Hey our machines that could be glitched or have an error say he is cheating! Lets delete all of his hard work off of our servers! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I just had this happen to me as well, still nothing from riot. Absolutly unacceptable response regarding this issue, I am still baffled I spent nearly $300 on my account and this is the garbage I have to put up with.
