Rioters help desperately needed!

Two days ago I was wrongfully permanently banned for an apparent use of third-party software.

1. I have never used any third-party software with league. I have never modified the client. I have never used any type of hacks, scripts, or exploits.

2. I did not buy my account. No one has my account information and no one plays on my account except me. I've had my account since 2012.

3. I immediately created a support ticket thinking this problem would be resolved fairly quickly. That was not the case. I essentially am getting repeatedly told by support that there is nothing to be done and my account can't be recovered.

I really need a rioters help on this if possible. I didn't do any of what I was accused of and banned for. In the 5.5 years I've played this game I have never cheated or used other software. He'll I've never gotten any type of ban or chat restriction or warning about anything until I randomly out of the blue get permanently banned. PLEASE help.
