Please crank up the queue-dodge penalty
I like the new system, I really do, but I have literally had to wait 30 mins for a game due to people dodging. 5 mins just isn't that bad for not getting the role you wanted.
Make it 15 mins at least.

Changing the time won't help that point as you said it is a 5 min penalty so the likely hood it is the same player who keeps forgetting to lock in is unlikely
