EUNE players totally toxic and Riot does nothing

I am writing this here, as Riot EUNE staff are totally ignoring all comments they should try to stop people being toxic. I am writing this here as EU server has defacto NO Riot employees working there. And due the fact the toxicity of the games in EUNE are constant if you play support. The culture seems to promote bullying and flaming on support.

For Riot: IF you force people to shut up instead of fighting against bullies, you are giving them silent support. I suggest you check out some scientific research on this issue. Thus "mute and enjoy" is "support from Riot" to bullies and flamers. Your Tribunal system is so totally inefficient it does only punish those reported by bullies saying "GJ" as your Artificial Stupdity system cannot do the job. I tried to warn you for this, but I was banned from forum for using my superior knowledge to make others look bad.
