14 Day Ban. Can't log in, no reform card, no email.

Recently banned on this account for 14 days, with a threat of permanent account suspension. Not only can I not log into the client to see a reform card of any sort, I also have no received an email at my verified email address. I'm done typing in the chat of this game at all unless it's to type in mia [lane] as I see now that any name calling such as doo doo head or meany can get someone banned.

Why do I have no reform card or email highlighting my ban? 14 dayer with nothing to show?

Check your spam folder. It sometimes ends up there. If nothing is there send in a Support Ticket asking about it.

same for me, 14 days, no email at all, empty spam folder. It's completely weird cause I recently got a chat restriction and since then I barely said anything in chat and tried my best not to be toxic

A ban wave just came out, so the emails a backlogged right now.

Relax, it'll be in your email typically within 2-3 days.
