Unfortunate circumstances and a shocking revelation

over the past month I've seen slurs pop, I've seen actual hate in chat, but apparently the implied message behind "kys" is bannable with a 14 day suspension without previous warning? I've never been involved in any sort of prior transgression, no chat restricts, not one, not anything. no warnings received or deserved up until yesterday. Ive reported slur users before and I never heard of any fabled "ban notification" after a report, and after a game of having people bushcamp me well into the lategame, its only understandable that I get at least a little agitated, the riot system for checking tox is based on chat activity, I explained the situation in the above plea, I'd like to think that I was at least courteous in my approach, and was met with nothing better than what the blitzbot told me. might as well get another robot to review it. keep in mind within the logs that I attach here, only ~3 lines were in allchat, which means they have no way of seeing it. I was with a 5 stack and was trying not to wake my brother by using the mic, thus the heightened action in the chat, triggering riot's system.

If people can be throwing slurs around and chaining N-... into "E-ready to use", "R-ready to use", up to actually typing the slurs and get away with it, why am I the one to be banished and waste my event pass for a first offence without prior warnings or even prior chat restrict?

Hell, I'd be content with them shifting it into a chat restrict, just let me make the most out of my spent money.

why have a chat system when this is the type of stuff you ban and not the real offensive cases? I might as well never use the chatbox again and muteall every game, because that's what youre telling me right now word for word, see for yourself in the attached image I linked blow.
