Looks like the people that does the unnamed function that supposed to decide it does not think it is.
This isn't something we can really review here, for reasons you're obviously aware of. Due to that, please submit a ticket to Player Support with the relevant posts and it can be reviewed that way.

If it's the memes and games board, then it's probably a lot more lax about spam rules there. Since it's all in good fun.
