This isn't something we can really review here, for reasons you're obviously aware of. Due to that, please submit a ticket to Player Support with the relevant posts and it can be reviewed that way.

How many threads, in how short a time, can a player make before it becomes spam? (Rephrase the question to get a better answer maybe?)

I'm curious about this as well.

Because there are tons of things I would consider spam that don't seem to be considered by others or at least the mods. There are people that make multiple(sometimes a lot) threads about the exact same topic in the same day. It's certainly not malicious and I never think they should be punished for it, but I always wonder why those threads aren't deleted and the poster instructed not to keep making new threads.

It really just depends on the topics of conversation and the intent. There are times when players specifically create multiple discussions without any intent of actually having a discussion; those we would remove. There are other times where players create a lot of different discussions because they actually want to talk about those topics but want to give them their own places to discuss instead of mixing it into one; those we would leave. There are also times where players make multiple discussions, but it would have been better as one mega-discussion; those we judge on a case-by-case basis in terms of how detrimental it seems to be to the section it's done in.

So, in short, it really just depends. This may be why it seems like sometimes we remove stuff and sometimes we don't. It's not one objective rule to handle every situation all at once; it's subjective.

Is this about that guy complaining about azir?

The person I was referring to had been spamming league concept art he found on deviantart. None of it his, just posting things he liked as fast as he could. They already suspended him from the forum.

If it's the memes and games board, then it's probably a lot more lax about spam rules there. Since it's all in good fun.

No, he hadn't posted that many and was just saving up memes and that was well after this post was made.
