Low Priority for AFK'ing in a match that the server dropped me from

I queue up for a game of solo queue, lock my champion, into loading screen... and I bugsplat.

"Ok no biggie I'll just reconnect"

I hit the reconnect button, League logo pops up, full-screen window appears.

"Alright, ready to go"

Full-screen closes on me, and the client goes back to normal. Not "Game in Progress", not a "Reconnect" button, just straight up the normal client, as though I'd never even queued up.

"Ok, I guess the match was dropped by the server. Whatever, I guess I'll go play something else."

Half an hour later, I come back to this bullshit.

Riot, why the hell should I have to take the rap for your faulty programming?

sometimes thing happens, internet drops, real life emergencies. That's why you don't get LPQ just for afk in one, two, or even three games.

Looks like the rest the players made it in just fine, they likely did a /remake before you attempted to reconnect.

I've had that happen to me in the past. It isn't what happened this time.

When that happens, you get taken to the end screen, which did not occur.

Also, /remake takes 3 minutes to become an option, and this happened in the span of about a minute.

Yes, they remade. That much is obvious.

What I dispute is that I was prevented from joining by the remake, since champion select and "not in a game" was separated by about a minute.

My client was behaving as though the game was over when it had barely begun.

Have you had other problems with connecting to league games? As another user said, leavebuster doesn't tend to hammer you for a single leave, but because it was the last straw.

This is normal for the Beta Client, if Rito would have gone with the old Client this wouldn't happen this often.

Sometimes the "Match Accepted" goes on for 30min Sometimes it throws you out of the Loading Screen and there is no Match to return to Sometimes the Client dies before the Match starts and then it says the Match never started and you can queue up again for another one play it and while playing get hit by leaver buster for the other one that never started. Sometimes 9/10 get a forced dc and you are the only one still playing the Match, having fun, winning and everyone else gets hit by leaver buster
