Would like honest opinions

I have had this account since about 2010 when I started playing. Over the years as I became more competitive and enjoyed it more, my level of frustration capacity increased. February 2016 I received a 2 week suspension as a result of my behavior, and had stopped playing for a while. I would occasionally log in and play a game when new changes were made, but I realized that I needed to make some changes if my account was to be kept from permaban. Needless to say, around May 18th my account was permanently suspended. This was about 2 weeks after I had started playing consistently again. About a month prior I started on a medication to manage depression. In the time following I expected unintended effects on how my mind worked. Needless to say my psychiatrist observed these and saw it best to no longer have me take this medication. In short, while it was meant to keep emotions consistent, it certainly did, by creating an overwhelming apathetic theme in almost every situation. When coming off of the medication, the psychiatrist, family and friends all observed an off the handle display of emotions in too many situations, not something that could be used to describe me before starting this regimen. The reason I am making this post is not to say " I'm a victim of this that and blah blah blah. " Because I've seen countless posts on these boards with that theme over the past 7 years. My question to you: Is this a reasonable request to send to riotgames to ask for an appeal to my account? If not, I appreciate the feedback nonetheless!

You're certainly welcome to try submitting a support ticket, preferably with any evidence you can provide. Riot is run by human beings, after all.

It's an uphill battle, though. Your situation is hard to prove, and I'm sure you can imagine that others have faked similar situations as a way to excuse their behavior.

It's definitely a reasonable request, yes, from the standpoint of yourself as a player.

Will it work and is it worth your time, though? Unlikely. Since Riot cannot actually delve into the reasons behind every suspension or account ban, their policy is that permanent bans are not reversed unless the ban was applied in error. Ultimately if the behavior merited a ban then they will not reverse it, regardless of the circumstances around the ban.

I know that's not fun to hear, but it's good to go in knowing the likely outcome.

You would have to send in some very personal information to prove your case. Even then, it wouldn't excuse the violations. I say it is a long shot you get unbanned.

You are in control of your own Behavior. Sorry that you have to take meds and all but it wont change ur BAN. Maybe league is not for you.
