I would like to speak to a Riot employee: proof of racism and hate speech in chat.

People like this deserve to get banned. i took a picture of the chat log with my phone, but i would like to refrain from uploading it until i get permission or info on how i should post it. Part of me really wants to post this guys summoner name up but I am pretty sure that is against the summoners code.

I really hope you guys get my report and review and/or ban him.

you don't need to talk to a rioter for that. Just report him using the end of game reporting system and let the system take care of it. That includes pre/post game chats and they can read those already.

If the chat was done out of game, then you can submit the screen shots to http://support.riotgames.com -> submit ticket -> general game questions -> account management (or something like that) and just let them know you want to report the said player for racist / hate speech and they will forward it to the proper department to review his account.

You can only post the picture if you black out the summoner names. If it's really bugging you then you can submit a support ticket and attach the picture (with summoner names still included.) If you post the picture with summoner names here it's considered "naming and shaming" and the post will be deleted.

I am not a Rioter nor anyone of significance but i believe the proper thing to do is do a support ticket and include the picture

Send in a support ticket with your evidence directly to them.
