Anything that is reportable may result in permaban if you keep doing it consistently. Punishment is dealt in 4 steps, with permaban being the last.

I still feel that this line is so incredibly vague. People will call you toxic for saying pretty much anything.

using macros to give yourself a clear advantage (like a macro that will automatically output a spell rotation faster than you could)
