3/9 Master yi with 13k damage dealth to champs at 45 mins. No dragon attempts, no ganks, and would not play with the team. Also built wrong then sold items and built Rageblade. This was a ranked game. [sg-ahri-1]

No, but it sure should be. I just had a jungler that ignored lanes for the first 15 minutes of the game. I didn't think that was still even possible, I thought you ran out of camps to do if you just spammed them the whole time.

No but match making is lame to allow noobs without any experience to play champ to be placed vs experienced players. RIOT promotes toxicity due to sht lame match making and then bans toxic players who corresponds to trash match making.
