Banning teammates champs should be punishable

How the fuck is this allowed. People literally ban the champ you want to play after you declare it. What the fuck is the point of declaring a champ you want to play if your own teammates are gonna hurt you and troll you over it.

Why isn't there a confirmation button before banning a champion if someone on your own team has that champion selected? If they continue to ban even after confirmation that should be a bannable offense.

Can i get an example of this, the only time i ever see this is when the champ in question is a highly pick or ban champ and the person wanting to play them is 3rd pick or lower. If its in that case there's really not much room to complain, anything else is kind of scumy, that and or you are doing a way out there pick.
