Why wont my points show up?

Ok, so about 1 week ago or something by account has been unbanned, but how long will it take when i can receive points again? Like whenever i finish a game it tells me im still unable to earn stuff from my previous behavior. When will that be taken down?Isnt 2 weeks for my first ban enough? And one more thing, i had well over 100 honorable, friendly,helpful, teamwork points, why is it that i have only 1 helpful point and the rest 0 points now? Is it a bug or something? Because i earned those points, and i would love to have them back.

You lose all your honors when you get banned, you'll have to earn those again.

As for receiving Hextech Loot again;

Hextech is partially intended to reward positive players. We highly believe in reform, but that is something that has to be shown.

As such, finishing your behavioural restriction will not automatically entitle you to earn hextech loot. The system will permit you to earn hextech loot once it believes you have reformed - this differs per person, and can be as quick as within a week, or as long as months, depending on your behaviour in games after your restriction.

Those honors mean practically nothing anyways. I've had games where I say nothing and play mediocre, then get honored. Games where I've carried and been super positive, got no honors. Any combination, salty games where I'm being negative, honored, salty games where in being negative, not honored. It doesn't matter. It's just a luck thing. Some players honor others, some don't, regardless of your behavior or performance.

Getting punished by Riot means you broke the summoners code. I don't think it's uncalled for to remove your honor after you acted dishonorable and recieved punishment by the company that allowed you to get honor in the first place. Riot giveth, and Riot taketh away.
