Accepting my ban, but why are they allowed off the hook?

Here are my logs that just resulted in me receiving a 14 Day Suspension.

I'm aware what I said is toxic, and I don't really care. It's commonplace for OCE players to flame others like this, whether with regards to hostility or friendly banter and it's not going to stop. I don't care about that.

However, what I do have a problem is that the Chinese player I was referring to is allowed off the hook after it was all initiated, basically telling my mother to go die, flaming everyone on the team and flooding the chat in Chinese. Him and his duo refused to listen and cooperate, and if they had then the game would of gone a lot more smoothly, however I then resorted to toxicity because they were harassing everyone and essentially ruining the game for the 3 English players that wanted to play the game. I then report him post game, and I receive a 14 Day Suspension instead.

How is that fair? That we're resorted to being restricted because two members refuse to speak English or play on their own server, or can only speak either broken sentences or are extremely toxic in their own language? We miss out on communication and have no way of dealing with it bar from muting them and then missing out on having two players that we can cooperate with. In addition to himself most likely being let off the hook since whoever is monitoring the reports in OCE are not managing players that speak in another language as far as I'm aware.

This shit has been rampant on OCE for ages and quite frankly we're sick of it. Numerous people I know have been punished for similar reasons or no reasons at all because of foreign players flooding the queues and throwing everyone on tilt. I'd like to know other people's opinions on this please.

i don't understand this obsession with "i got banned. why arent they banned too? i need gratification damn it!!! "

if they are as toxic as you they will be banned on their own. if on the other hand what they did with you was just a bad game then youll still be seeing them around

chill!

Understand that even though they were being really bad that you should still try to do whatever you can to make that player play better so that you can win that game no matter how difficult it may seem or how angry they make you. It is more important to win the game right? Regardless of who they are or what they are doing. As long as you keep winning you will climb out of that cancer where people like that exist

Yeah i had a lot of cases like that.

People inting my games People telling me to die IRL And people reporting me for "feed" when i actually just lost my lane

And yeah, i'm the one who was banned 14d a month ago for saying "kys" in the chat 3 times in a single game.

I don't know why all the toxics i see aren't banned even though i keep reporting them (and i'm not the only one reporting), i guess a lot of times people are not caugh by riot because somehow riot doesn't consider it as being ban worthy, or needs to be pushed even further (like inting numerous games).

All you can do is shutting the hell up, report them and hope they get caught, and in the same time, not saying anything that could be ban worthy, for you never know for whom the "ban net" is.

well to be honest people don't care anymore about the game even in ranked, trolls are getting away with no punishment cause they dont talk in chat, riot knows this but the don't care about them, they want to see if your gonna be toxic to them and flame them, basically “trolls” exhibit one kind of empathy, coupling it with psychopathy ultimately makes them nasty, which includes a lack of care for others’ feelings, basically you can ask a troll why are you doing this and his answer would be “payback needs to be quick and nasty.”High levels of cognitive empathy make these people adept at recognizing what will upset someone, and knowing when they’ve pushed the right buttons. The lack of effective empathy allows trolls not to experience or internalize the emotional experience of their victims, what am trying to say here trolls will always troll but when someone stands up to them they are considered a toxic player that's why sometimes good players are considered toxic.....they are encouraging people to do such things by not having a clear punishment for them like having a punishment for toxic baiters who like to run disco nunu or 9/11 corki or sad rammus full tear build, or not having a punishment for people who go premade and troll in champ select or in game, not to mention that their own streams troll sometimes without getting punished, so a random dude watch that and he goes and does it in a game, all that would have been resolved if they had a good punishment system not a system where u punish only flamers who cant deal with these trolls cause of a troll supporting system

They get away as they are not reported. Riot system punish for being reported, not for being toxic.

Well, if you don't care, and it's normal, you should expect it. What you should expect, as a precaution is for others' actions to go unnoticed, and yours to always be noticed. When you have that mentality, you'll stop being like you are being. Until then, focus on improving you.

If you know numerous people who have been banned for no reason, either they're lying to you, or you're lying. Why would a game company just ban a player for no reason at all?

Meanwhile you reference Jesus and tell people to have a little faith right after calling someone a %%%%. Basically saying they are a lesser being than you. What a jackass.
