You realize he used to int pretty often right? He was a menace I think we can all agree, however during this time it seems he's gotten better. And its likely he would attract more players to league, I don't understand there stance on this issue anymore.

He claimed he was, and instead went on an intentional feeding spree just because he didn't get blue as Draven. He has a total of 23 accounts banned, that's enough chances he's getting.

You are responsible for your own behavior. It does not matter what others are doing, if you are a toxic ass in the game, Riot will ban you the same as they will ban other toxic asses in game.

Because toxic little shits go and make new accounts whenever they get permabanned.

The system doesn't foster reform enough.

Riot needs to either create longer duration temporary bans, or they need to be more persistent when tracking toxic players from one account to the next. Or they could just force you to tie your identity to your account.

As long as people can work around the punishment system or they feel like they can remain anonymous and get away with being little shits then they will keep doing it.

People are different, and respond differently to situation. For example, I wouldn't even be stressed in Ranked on a promo to Diamond 5 (closest I gotten to D=) if all 4 of my teammate intentionally fed just because it's my promos ^.^. I have no concern with Tyler1's past accounts and how it got banned, but there is no excuse for intentionally feeding. It's a matter of self-control, physically and mentally.

Psst! Tyler1 still has a chance to be unbanned. He is not clearly reformed (recent accounts were banned because he still hasn't prove to Riot that he has reformed by Riot's standard...they have infractions). It's up to Tyler1 in the end, just be patient and hope/pray/whatever that Tyler1 can prove it and be unbanned.

23 accounts permabanned. And each account also includes 5 & 10 games chat restrictions, and a 14 days suspension. And I still can't get myself a chat restriction once.

If you don't watch his streams, under what basis do you have to claim that he's "reformed"? Claiming that he's reformed is implying that you know his current behavior.

Tyler1, if I'm not mistaken, has to have no infraction in one way or another. If you were to type just "shut up", "sigh, gg top", etc., it's probably not a bannable offense for a regular person. But in Tyler1's case, this prevent him from being unbanned. This happened in earlier cases after his indefinite ban, like when he reached Master a month ago.

If I'm correct in the first place, he still have chances, but he doesn't appear to be suitable for an unban yet by Riot. Tyler1 has to prove it. ^.^

Seeing all of these "Free tyler-juan" posts kinda reminds me of that south park episode where the kids put "free hat" on a poster with the intent to hand out paper hats to people, but the idiot townspeople think that it's them wanting to free serial-killer hat mcculough. While I'm not suggesting that the stuff tyler-juan did was at all comparable to that of someone who actively stopped the lives of people, the fact that the "idiot townspeople" think he should somehow be allowed to play a game he made directly worse for thousands of people and indirectly worse for hundreds of thousands.
