Can I afk in a match as ADC
When I get a guy who wants to rengar support, takes smite, gets jungle items, then takes my farm, and cant even keep up with me in the fights and engages like a douchebag?

The thing is there is nothing you can do in this situation. If you try to reason with him he just reports you and you get chat restricted. If you just ignore him you will not have a good time because you will be underfarmed. He will still probably report you regardless of what you do.
LOL, that Rengar was going super hard he must hate everyone in this game.
