We Have /ff, /remake, Great! But Still... That Doesn't Solve a Major Problem

The problem of people deliberately wasting other people's time, and AFK-ing at base just because they don't like something. Whether it be because they didn't get their lane, didn't get their champ, didn't get a good enough leash, had their buff stolen, whatever the case may be, people still act like children and ruin everyone's time.

/FF, great if your team's getting beat in the ground. /REMAKE, great if your team had an early disconnect and now it's 4v5. Early FF, great if you're far behind early, and want to save time. But when one person is just looking to ruin everyone's game, and sit at base running in circles, and not even an early FF can work because they'll decline it, what are we supposed to do? Waste time. Time is money, and Riot should know, they run a business. I have a production meeting in the morning, and I was looking to get a game in with a friend before I head off, and that gets ruined because of a Lee Sin last game (look at my match), he's 0-0-0 and no CS.

We need some other option to end a game when something like this happens. And reporting doesn't do any good. I've reported someone with my whole team once, and I still saw them playing just fine without any penalties the next day, so Riot isn't doing anything about reports from what I am seeing either.

Then you have the DCs that aren't in the first 3m.

Someone afk in one game does not warrant an insta-ban. If you have an emergency one time and have to afk for the rest of the game, you wouldn't want to be banned either would you?

Just report that person for afk and whatever other toxic behaviors you can think of. When he/she accumulate a frequency of afk, the leavebuster and/or manual review will get him.

The people that deserve to get banned dont and those who only lets say should have gotten a chat ban or a warning at least are getting 14 day suspensions. I played poorly on one game and 4 people flamed my ass off. Like no joke. I fired back twice the whole game and got banned. But every other toxic guy was playing fine. Why is that Riot. Mind explaining yourselves a bit before you do stuff like that? 14 days is a long time...

I reported a guy for AFKing in my game once. Looked at his match history. Every single time his team gave up first blood, he AFK'd. So in about 50% of his games, he was level 1 with 10 cs or something at game's end. I screen shotted his match history and sent it to rito support. This went on for about 3 months and he was never banned. I stopped checking after that. I just checked when I saw your post, thinking it was the same guy. It wasn't the same guy, but it made me go check the guy I reported. Guess what? Still playing. Still AFKing. So basically over 5 months of AFKing gets no ban. This company is literally a joke when it comes to addressing the actual issues of toxicity. Instead, they try to throw chat bans on everything and wonder why it doesn't work AT ALL. Until you start actually addressing the issues of toxic, ie trolls, you are going to continue to have a game community that is known for being toxic.

This is the problem with empirical evidence, you can only see a very miniscule slice of the whole picture. To make a claim that Riot is doing nothing is a little over the top. Riot is constantly monitoring and punishing wrongdoers and coming up with new systems to help combat these issues. Just because you can't see that, doesn't mean it's not happening.

I once sat in fountain because I didn't like the spider on my wall... I know... I'm a pussy. Spiders must be killed, lest they eat you in your sleep.
