I had a jinx go 0/15 running it down mid because i took 7 farm under turret after she died. I have screenshot proof. Kinda want to see that this player gets punished for throwing a game at 5 minutes just because.

AzureDragoon1 votesI understand the desire, but you'll do your self a lot more of a favor of simply moving on after reporting the offending player, and let Riot handle it from there. If you get instant-feedback, great, if not, oh well, take solace that it's on record for future reviews.
You could submit the photo to Riot Support if you want(click the support button either at the top or bottom of this page, then open a ticket) But again, if you already submitted a report in game, they can pull up all relevant information from the flagged match for review.
