Why is my blocked players list able to talk to me in pregame chat. I blocked them for a reason...

why you even get matched with them? you blocked them for a reason. rito.
Riot has put me on the same team with one guy today, all three matches were losses... I blocked him after the first game.
The reason they don't do it is because "at higher mmr you could abuse matchmaking to allow you to win more"
