Anyone know the current stance on sharing VoIP in lobby?
I've had quite a lot of players offer their servers in lobby, and I'm pretty sure this is against the terms of service.

There's nothing inherently wrong with it. Maybe if you hop on and they are offering boosting services (or other malicious/illegal activities), but sharing VoIP so the team can chat over voice isn't an issue.
There's no policy that explicitly bans voice chats. However, multiple posts from Riot have clearly indicated a caveat emptor. They cannot issue punishments based off of third party chats, regardless of how allegedly horrible the person who invites you is. To clarify that, if they are being a twat and you bring the spat into League's chat, then you'll likely be punished while they stand pat (again, because Riot cannot punish for conversations made through a third party).
