i just don't want this dude scamming anyone I didn't click the link because I didn't want anything weird to happen to my account just in case .... but how do I go about reporting this guy if we cant show the persons name in forums??
Did you intend to post a picture with the name edited out with your post?
Regardless, the way to report someone outside of game is to go to https://support.riotgames.com and select the behavior reporting option. You can fill that out just like an ingame report :)
