Idiot in queue "remembers" he has a dinner reservation. We are all telling him to dodge cuz its better for him to lose a little ip than for all of us to lose a bunch. The idiot refuses to dodge and I end up dodging for the sake of everyone else and I GET THE PUNISHMENT WTF.
Daklore1 votesTo get hit with a low priority queue shows that you have a recent history of dodging. So, yes, you got punished for dodging a lot of games.

1 not accepted que pop 1 afk in game ( we fail swapped and it was my fault so i took one for the team and afk'd so they can remake and only i loose LP )
and the other example was when my friend dodged 2 games and then afk'd ( internet issue , puppy bit the cable to router XD ) and did not get any of this.
