so is this a new secret update now that the ranked season has started? making the first penalty to dodging an aram 15 minutes?
i mean i get that you want to deter people, but now i cant play with my friend who just got on because i have to wait 15 minutes to play and hes only playing 1 before bed. this is some not okie dokey literature club stuff

you can go to lolwiki and search for the dodge timers. they have always been 15min on aram for the first dodge within 24h.
AND cause like 99% of ppl get this wrong: no the dodge timer for ranked is NOT 5min. its 6min.
There is no way for Riot to know if you dodged because you don't like the team comps or if you want to play with a friend. Same as with leaves, it treats every dodged the same.
Seems fair to me.
here is an idea. don't dodge in aram. it ain't ranked so dodging won't benefit you. it will only hurt you. so if you knew for a fact he'd play only one game you should have thought of that before dodging.
