Just received 2 week ban out of nowhere.

Today I wake up to 2 week ban.

Awhile ago I got 10 chat restrict, but never the 25.

IG message said there would be an email.

There wasn't.

I contacted support this is what they sent me:

I'm not denying I lost my temper in a few games, but there is a protocol to follow and I don't believe that this speech is the type of speech that should skip a stage and go to 14 day ban.

I was also accused of inting which i was NOT.

I mean if you want to hit me with 25 chat restrict as per what we've been told I guess that's fine.

But to say a manual review was triggered and you elevated me to 14 day? For that to happen you would think I would be engaging in some serious hate speech or something.

There isn't a whole lot to go on here because I don't talk a lot.

Basically what I'm asking is do you think this is skip a whole punishment tier material?

If you didn't get a reform card in the client or information in your email, the punishment was a manual one and there's likely a lot more to this than what's presented. I recommend simply opening up dialogue with player support again for further information.

because threatening to kill someone over telling someone they are bad is now the same thing to riots behavior team.

if u have a 2 week ban and u do either it will escalate to a perma ban regardless.

sooner or later just saying "unlucky" will get u 3 days at your nearest jail.

Okay but for real, shit happens. Just take the ban, and take a break from League of Reporting. This is what happens when we let automated bots ban people instead of the tribunal.

I've never given up early in a game, as in I've sat in base afk or whatever. The name of this account is a joke. There will be zero proof that I ever just quit playing.

I'd like to see my int games too, because those also don't exist.

Why do I have a 14 day ban without even seeing the "sometimes you have a bad day" screen.

I was NOT intentionally feeding. When I said "nice feedu" that was in reference to someone else not me.

In the past I had received a 10 game restrict.

If you give me the 25 game restrict I promise I will not use chat to talk anyone in that fashion again, but if I'm now 1 step away from losing my account for good I won't feel comfortable using chat at all.

Sorry if my replies seemed brusque earlier. I'm just still confused by what exactly warranted skipping the 25 chat restrict punishment. Is it possible for you to reconsider the 14 day ban? I don't intentionally feed or throw games so I'm confused as to why that was listed as a behavior I'm being punished for. Are there any examples you can show me of this? Sometimes I am the weakest link on a team, but aren't we all sometimes? I don't give up and stop playing even when I'm not doing well and being berated by the other players. I'm confused about being punished for these actions that I don't feel like I've committed. I admit that my chat while negative isn't horrendous hate speech that would warrant an escalated punishment. As I said in my previous email I'll no longer engage in back talk to the people that are using homophobic slurs against me, if you could see your way clear to giving me the stage 2 punishment instead of the 14 day ban I'd really appreciate it.

Hey Surr20plz,

The most important thing here is that many people throughout the course of your games found your behavior to be toxic. It wasn't just one or two isolated incidents, but enough to see a pattern of toxic behavior. Your account was manually reviewed and the 2 week ban was placed on it after seeing this trend of toxic behavior. The ban will not be adjusted or reduced in any way.

Your chat towards your teammates is not civil or constructive. Even though you may not have intentionally fed in that instance, you have received numerous reports on your negative attitude in giving up games early. ** People have reported that after you gave up, you would go die and refuse to communicate with the team.** This was not just one or two games that you were reported in. Be aware of your own behavior and know that this is a warning that if your behavior continues this way, you will face harsher punishment.

Funny thing is I don't give up early.

I do see a lot of "Look at his name!" when we're losing.

Can I have a free name change for this account?

I asked for the games where "I would go die and refuse to communicate with the team".

We'll see if they're provided, because I don't do that.

Why would I group with team that can't win team fight? I'm gonna take the tower instead.

I was never provided with the instances of where I was doing all this feeding and giving up.

Support cited that 1 Jax game where I DC.

1-5 yi game that we lost but it was just a bad game.

0-7 poppy game that I lost. And in the response it says I got it just because a bunch of people said I was doing it, when I wasn't.

That's all they could tell me.

You've been reported quite a bit for leaving/afking games. You AFK/left in your 0/2/0 Jax game and were reported for rage quitting. In your Yi game you went 1/5/1 where you flamed others for their picks and went into the enemy base to feed on purpose. Then in your Poppy game where you went 0/7/2, where your teammates and even the other team reported you for intentionally feeding. The list goes on, but you see the point in that this has been happening over the course of multiple games.

It doesn't matter if you win or lose. What matters is that your behavior in general is extremely negative and your teammates across the board have found you to be unpleasant to play with. You refuse to communicate with them and go to die when things don't go according to plan. You're not being punished for losing. You're being punished for the attitude and behavior you're showing. If you have no further concerns, I'll be closing out this ticket.

Where is the extremely negative behavior? I called someone a clown? Telling people we're losing because we have no tanks isn't "flaming".

It may not be full out 0/20/0 intentional feeding, but you were reported multiple times through multiple games for just giving up and running and dying. As I said before, this ban was manually audited and given because of the trend of negative behavior you've shown in games. This means that we went through your games and reports and were able to see which reports were true and false. We investigate the legitimacy of all reports and only penalize a player when its warranted.

There's a difference between having a bad game and refusing to communicate and work with your teammates over the course of multiple games. I will consider this matter closed as I have given thorough context to your ban. If your behavior continues to be toxic and negative, you will face harsher punishments in the future.

So where am I now?

Had 10 chat restricts.

Go straight to 14 day.

So what? The next time some people decide I'm feeding cause I'm having a bad match I'm permabanned?

Also, if you're going to say something like your teammates across the board find you toxic.

I would like to see the numbers of games I was reported, the number of games I was honored, and the number that were neutral.

That's a pretty outlandish thing to claim.

All of this happened to me when I went on a loss streak.

I was at 61% win rate. Then the game started doing its MMR magic matches on me and my win rate went down.

Any time that I've ever been disciplined by this system it's been during loss streaks.

As jungle I feel like you just get flamed blamed and reported. So you're not allowed to lose.

i dont think this ( if thats all they shown ) should make you skip a tier. It is indeed negative behaviour and you are harassing your teammates ( happens w/e ) but its not behaviour that can make you skip tiers.

Ask for explanation why this behaviour made you skip tiers, and ask for the punishment you deserve. If thats all they gave you it shouldnt get you punished this severe and skip all the way to suspension.

You mentioned inting , inting can actually get you all the way to 14 day suspension instantly you can search for game that they think you inted in and show your arguments that you didnt ( dmg share , kill participation preferably some replays but its unlikely you have them )
