This is what happened in the game. At 3 minutes, I was support, I saw Jungler with double buff going top to gank. Gragas top was way pushed to the tower, I pinged him warning 3x, and even type in chat. So, he gets ganked and dies, then started throwing a tantrum. After this, he literally starts inting in purpose. Like, he was saying "you are toxic so I will make sure you don't get a loss" and literally walks into enemy towers and holds position and dies.

So, that was the game, Gragas was int feeding and super tilted, and I get banned for this? Honestly, this is pretty mild chat, this is RANKED gameplay in low Gold Division. RIOT is obviously not reading chat logs, since I got the ban just a few minutes after the game. I doubt Gragas will even get punished since he says he does it all the time and nothing happens.

I know how this forum works, literally every ban is justified and deserved and I am an evil person, but seriously this guy is legit inting and I get a ban?

You get punished for your actions.

There is literally only one time in the past 2 years I have seen a confirmed case where Riot (or the community) considered a toxic response to be justified - and that was when someone was literally throwing slurs at someone to try and goad them into repeating them.

Bottom line: You were toxic, and you deserve to be punished for it. It's a frickin videogame, if you get that angry over it either get some self control or at least control your anger.

This is constant harassment. Literally an option that can be used to report another player. If you don't objectively see this as harassment, you need to find new friends who will challenge and debate you....

I kind of skimmed your logs, but, at least for me, if i see logs this long, i know shit is going down. It doesn't really matter what is said, just that if there was enough emotion to say this much stuff, then someone was being an asshole. Granted, it was probably the Gragas, but Im guessing you were also a bit extra-tilted. Basically, I would say to talk less, and just deal with it. If you really think about it, nothing you can say in chat can physically force Gragas to change his ways, and it is hella unlikely that something you say will change his mind, unless you hit on a childhood trauma and mentally destroy him. So there is no point to chatting, really, unless you are being an ass. At least in the eyes of the Rito ban machine.
