Just kinda curious what might have set off a 25 game chat restriction... im thinking its the: sleffy: you're just another stereotypical yas main sleffy: toxic as fuck in norms

Also, if I get punished in the pre-season and my honor level drops to lets say 1 or 0, will it reset to 2 when S8 comes back up? or will I have to get out of this through good behavior?

Everything about your chat is toxic. Generally speaking, you have a very poor attitude in general according to your chat log. Your attitude is what triggered the punishment. Your honor is gone due to your punishment, not only what you picked out. As for the reset, not entirely sure. For one thing, if you keep this sort of attitude, the lack of honor will be the least of your worries and problems.

Here are the parts of the chat that you ran into trouble with. During this game, you flamed and harassed yasuo, calling him bronze and telling him that his brain is limited. At the end, you asked for reports, which can get you into trouble. 1 report = 9 reports, so there is no need to ask your team to report him. Asking for reports to get him banned is reportable and is considered harassment. Your report alone carries as much weight as having everyone report him.

As for your honor, if it drops to zero, it will not reset to Honor 2 at the start of the new season. You have to earn it by showing good behavior.

Jesus, you're spamming and antagonizing your team. Toxicity isn't about specific key words, it's about your overall use of the chat function. You spent this game trying as hard as you can to piss off your teammate(s), and for that, your privileges are restricted. And if it's a 25-game restriction, that means you already had one strike and didn't learn a thing from it.

Better watch out, because next one is a 14-day ban.
