So, I got a 10 game chat restriction. I started a game before I got any notification, so when my game finished there was no ban card. I an unable to see what I said that triggered a chat restriction. Is there any way I could find out?

Check your email and make sure you don't have more info there; I'm pretty sure they send you the chat logs, which you can post here to get feedback about if you'd like.

10 game chat restrictions are usually very minor offenses: not to be continued, but your behavior can be easily corrected. More hardcore offenses are hard to correct because usually it's a problem with that person's perception of authority and of other people. If you were negative to your teammates or verbally bullied someone, even if it was accusing someone of trolling, if you do it too frequently IFS will consider it harassment. You can be emotional in game, just tone it down and try to find a resolution to your arguments, whether that be by accepting others' advice even if it's not your favorite or just muting them when you see the conversation's just turning into insults. Any threats to throw, afk or troll games are often taken seriously, even if you feel it is justified. If you are bullied, just mute and finish the game. That's the best I can offer you. Good luck, and remember that staying silent doesn't mean you lost an argument with someone and doesn't make you inferior. It just means you know you're above petty squabbles and can stand tall even when someone is trying to break you.
