What will happen after a 14 day suspension?

So I got a 14-day suspension today. This is my first ever ban and from reading about it, it's pretty severe because I managed to be so toxic I skipped the warnings. I'm not going to do an apology because honestly, I deserved it. I'm just wondering how long it would take for my ban to eventually go away. I've read about it and people say 3 months before it moves into the next tier (7 day ban). I'm not sure if it's updated since then because those posts were from 3 years ago, and if I mess up and be toxic one more time it's a perma ban. I honestly don't want to get a perma ban so any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
