OK now I'm furious.

So i just made a post about a game I was in and how I was labeled "worst NA", the content on the post was to figure out what I was doing to trigger others or if I was playing correctly. Again the goal was to figure out what I did. Then I get the below message saying they understand something I didn't say or mean. Like what is going on? Seriously I cant ask about my own behavior in the behavior boards? I am truly enraged over this! Clearly you do not understand me Riot, I feel both insulted and undermined. If my play resulted in a negative experience for others which then resulted in a negative experience for me is this not the place to discuss it? At no point did I ask for retribution in the post or name the offending players or say who said what (I did use my report feature after game in lobby), I was asking what I may have done. The whole post was about me and what I might be doing that I do not realize. I'm so mad right now! I want to show my replay to find out what I did wrong or if I should carry on as is.
