I have run into a select few individuals who decide to make the experience in LoL very toxic, and was wondering if Riot takes action on toxic behaviors about LoL that is not always exhibited in game. I can provide a twitch stream link and a name, if you are interested.

If you have serious issues with a player and can't report them in the post-game lobby, submit a Support Ticket.

Creating new accounts isnt dodging a ban, riot lyte stated they dont ip ban because they want to ban the account not the player.

Riot doesnt give a shit about toxicity. Any company whos mantra is "making people and the world less toxic" doesnt host a fucking international eSports tournament in a country that will execute you for something as trivial as saying "this government is bad" or being born gay.

As DeepTerrorNami said, if you see someone being toxic and you don't have access to the report function, take a screenshot and submit it to a support ticket. as for how they handle their own toxicity problems or business, that's their problem, not yours. If their ship floats, good for them. if it sinks, too bad for them.
