If you can't figure out why you were perma banned.. maybe you shouldn't be on League at all.

I swear most of the time when I see someone curse or swear here its like a 12 year old who just learned what those words are so they decide to spam that stuff all over this game. before you do it again, ask yourself if I can get away with saying this stuff in the real world and you will probably get your answer.

Yes, you can, because freedom of speech is a thing in America. Actually, people say much worse things in real life than what was said inside the chat logs in front of police and don't get apprehended for it.

Freedom of speech is a thing in other developed countries, its not just limited to America and you can get in trouble for saying things like that to anyone in real life, even police officers and especially if you do it repeatedly. Freedom of Speech is not some magical statement that protects all speech that allows you to verbally harass people or make threats. It was invented for people to speak out against their own government and not be persecuted for it. Not invented for people who choose to use the anonymity of the internet to get their jollies off by being bullies to one another.

Well, unfortunately there's nothing anyone can do to permanently stop people that act like that. The world is a cruel place, and Riot won't be able to change the world as they have no ultimate power over people.

Well that is why they have rules and the power to ban people who don't follow those rules. If anything it will help discourage people like that from existing within the game, although it is a slow process.

United States, not "America"... yes, except in other countries it is called "Liberty of Expression" not "Freedom of Speech".

Liberty of expression is one of the most fundamental aspects of a nation and defends the right of any individual to express themselves in any means they desire, including art, music, text and (obviously) voice.

That being said, it only extends to non-private sector. The private sector has the power to expel or otherwise silence anyone partaking in their product/service.

Ban them again and quicker That is the solution for that !

Another solution ? Look on these boards for the random Jerk to post that they are trolling, buying new accounts or anything that can speed this process on and ban them from both game and boards !

This would not only stop them now but discourage others from doing the same, very simple ideal and a bit harder to do.
