Attention League community: GROW THE HELL UP!

Like, really. Can this community actually just grow up! FFS!

Every single game I have been having, 90% of my losses, usually occur when some player acts like a PRESCHOOL TODDLER and throws a fit over something minor and insignificant. Oh someone missed an ability? "Im Done!". Someone didnt build what you want? "GG I quit".... Someone got MORE KILLS THAN YOU?! "enjoy the loss, I am not playing anymore"

Dont tell me Elo hell doesnt exist when majority of the incoming players, and even alot of veterans act like they just soiled their pampers when things dont go thier way. They act like the world revolves around them, like the whole game was built just to host thier own ego. Had a jungle Yi who gave the enemy 2 dragons (despite support/me having it warded for about 5 minutes). Apparently his reason was "if I go for dragon, I might die"

So yeah, People are dodging matches because the enemy composition may provide a bit of a challenge and heaven forbid they have to actually INTERACT WITH THIER TEAM. Instead they dodge and wait for a enemy team composition where they can easily snowball, then brag about how great they are, meanwhile they avoid any challenging compositions like "omg if I go against them I might chip a nail" (imagine it in a valley girl voice)

I have said it many times and I will say it again, This Community has the Maturity level of a PRESCHOOLER. A toddler who is use to getting thier way and doesnt want ANY difficulty or challenge. They want everyone to praise how great they are and dont want ANYONE to bring up any flaws they might have. As soon as someone does bring up a flaw, the community drops to the ground and throws a tantrum. They downvote and kick and scream untill the bad flaws go away. And after the bad facts are removed they sit up and go "I'm still perfect, right?"

I have been playing this game sinse season 3, and I am sure you will tell me how bad I am and try to use it as an ad hominum or personal attack on me. But this Is my Observations, from many years of watching this community. Yeah there are some players who can actually be decent. But Most of the community is narcissistic, entitled, conceited, and thinks they are LCS world champs. They sit up high and will tell teammates how "ur total garbage/trash" Because thier team has ONE LESS KILL than them. If someone gets MORE kills than them, the player will throw a tantrum and scream "YOU KS ME, YOU TOOK MY KILLS!" and throw a fit in spawn rather than using the death to push.

The level of entitlement and arrogance I have seen in this community is nauseating. Players talking about how other players need to "Play a real champ" or "Play a real role" to better fall in line with what THAT player wants. As a support I am often told "ur a support, ur not allowed kills. your job is to DIE so that -I- can get kills" and then these same players will call on the other players to "report support for not playing thier role" when I refuse to be thier cannon fodder.

I am sure alot of the other players have stories of these League preschoolers. I am curious. But I am sure no one will because it would only further bring to light the Immaturity of this community, the level of egotistical "Im the best, the rest of you are trash" that the preschoolers want to hide.

I think of League as a game of strategy. Like chess. You have to work with your team, to use strategy and cooperation to destroy objectives and the nexus. All I see are people who are only interested in completely ignoring thier team unless its to hear just "How OP am I?!" and general chest-thumping. Most matches are silent, untill someone decides they dont NEED a team anymore, that they have gotten enough kills that they can start turning on thier teammates. Usually its the person who has the most kills who will turn around and start talking about how "Garbage/trash" the rest of thier team is. Lost a Match once because we had a Fizz on our team who took all the kills for himself. He wandered from lane to lane, 1-shotting everyone and ripping kills away from his own team. he went 26/4 but when we asked that he ease up and share the kills, we were told "if you want kills, you will have to take them from me" Of course the rest of the team went completely negative, so Once the enemy started focussing him down and taking him out, we couldnt put up a fight and ended up losing the match. A match was lost because ONE player had to have "ALL THE KILLS" And alot of players are starting to copy this mentality. They get ahead in kills, and think they need to SOLO carry, its all about them. They will rip kills away from thier team and then turn around and tell the team how garbage they are. and then if the match is lost, they will turn around and talk about how the rest of thier team "intentionally fed" when the team is unable to put up a fight against an enemy team that shares the kills instead of having ONE player with ALL the teams kills. the player could be 17/1 and they will still make sure to jump in and take all the kills for themselves.

I know its a long read But this has been building up for a long time. These observations of a community that has become spoiled, entitled, and completely full of themselves. And it started ever since this World champ Esports route was taken. I can understand its a good game, But I think Riot needs to do something to bring back the old Videos, that highlight the STRATEGY, and TEAMWORK aspect. Not Just feeding into this notion that ONE player has to carry the WHOLE team.

Like THIS [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugXC7g3p0JU]

Old video but I think they need to do MORE videos like this. I think if anything for the NEW players who come in and think "I am the best" and they dont take into consideration thier team's contribution.

Sorry for the long post but I came On here to play a game of Strategy with ADULTS, not babysit toddlers who cant handle a bit of a bruised ego. Its A 5-man team its a 3 Lane Map The whole game doesnt revolve around you, So please GROW UP.

In the lowest of low elo, you have to bully your way out. You either need to play hypercarry nooblord champs like trynd, illaoi, and lux, or play an impactful cc heavy aggro support that definitely tells your adc "hey, it's a free kill, get your ass up here." Also don't play champs above your skillgrade EVEN IF they are boast-worthy champions. If you lack the skill to play a champ and continue to play that champ, you'll stay bronze but get better eventually. If you play a champ you can carry with by simply autoing or something, you'll rocket out of elo hell.

Honestly your right i will not deny it. Since i started in league a little over a year ago there has been many a time i have wanted to say screw this and go back to dota or smite. I got tired of peoples bad attitudes and just in general selfishness. Playing ranked last year about really did me in when all the people in my friends convinced me to play saying hey your good lets climb and they where drunk to find out or high and then raging in games. This got me stuck in bronze 3 to which i never climbed out. This season i may have started in bronze 4 but i am bronze 2 now and climbing cause i don't have them with me anymore. But most of the people in this game are really toxic in some shape or form.

I'll admit i have blasted a few of these players when they start talking their crap how they are great etc. but usually i just shake my head and move on. Then you get the ones as you said first time a champ and have no ideal how they work play etc. Admittedly i have done this in ranked as well picked a champ i have one game on but i understood how they would and what they are meant to due and did fine. I am sure this is not what you are talking about considering the yi match i would have been pissed as well. Then having the players that feel split pushing the full game is the way and throws the game because of it. Which was my last game before work last night our fizz decided to follow us for a team fight we had the inhub in towers down just needed to win this fight and end he goes bot when the fight starts and bam 4 of us killed we all noticed fizz is still alive and in bot lane and they pick him off crush the tower inhub nexus towers and the nexus.

/Rant off but i feel you man cheers.

I just got all the champs and I'm doing an A to Z challenge. I'm on Annie right now and went vs a LB. Flash tibbers stunning ded.

"Play a real champ" -lb 2017

"Don't be a ****, I'm going a to Z anyways" - me 2017

I feel your pain. I know your pain. There are rare times when I see a jinx "bro my e scales 1 to 1 with AP." And builds pure AP and I want to die. And I would just say "really? Because you have 3 other skills that scale amazing with ad... "

I'm all for off meta builds but there is a line of teamwork and corroboration that goes into your build.

I've been stuck in bronze since last year's season. I was silver before that. It's a little dishearting to play with people who constantly talk trash.

"You're trash" - random player "Well you got qued up with me... Your MMR is just as trash." - me

Duos is the real problem. No so much in flex since you can roll with 3 to 5 of your friends.

There should be a separate MMR like status where if enough people say you are toxic than you will only be placed with toxic players. Maybe only have that effect bronze and silver players.

People who are just bronze or silver... And that's just how good they are shouldn't have to deal with players like that. If you are just moving up the ladder then it won't effect you that much.

I'm back after seeing this Internet troll to tell you that I was bronze 5 for a long time and now am 91 lp silver 5, highlight being i got silver 1 0lp before i tanked again. I have got out of bronze 3 times. If you have communicative problems, slow typing speed, slow reaction time, or you can't impact the game by being the 20/0 zed 420 noscope I suggest you find other ways to win the game. There's always something you can do to help win a game. I suffer from being shaken and abused as a baby, have nerve damage in my right hand and can't see out of my right eye. I am a bit slower and less coordinated than some of my fellow players. I found that by owning every champ and knowing what each champ does, warding and watching the map, pinging mia for every lane that is too engaged in farming to do so, taking towers when my team is stalemating against enemy team pushing, using jungle and support roles as a complement to my inability to properly cs, and targeting the carries with any cc and/or damage I possess, capitalizing on mistakes made by the enemy team (such as a jhin solo pushing bot lane with me playing tryndamere), advising others politely on builds (politely is important), and above all else, BANNING TEEMO IN EVERY SINGLE MATCH I CAN.... I just barely scrape the 50% win ratio and toddle my way into silver and above.

Dude... you're bronze 5. What do you expect? Most players down there are probably rather young.

There are differing variations of intelligence. Intelligence is a multifaceted concept. Thus you calling someone retarded is unintelligent. One can be terrible at math but excel at writing.

I've never seen this term grow up on the boards like you have. Cudos for realizing who needs to grow up.

mfw i was just in a game, and hit my power spike, and was about to hard carry, but the retarded Panth who ults to lane steals my Rift herald buff "cba, logging eu account" didn't get back on.

Forgot to ask, for how long you're playing this game:)
