You can literally just mute everyone in your team and afk farm all game and leave your team to fight a 4v5 match and still get away without being punished or banned. This is the worst type of toxic player in the game, the type of player who goes on and play rank and not give a shit about how much their team wants to win and not help anyone at all even if it means losing the game, and this is done intentionally too.

It is a legit strategy to win if done well.
Once i went straight from silver to broze becouse trolls and feeders was on team. And thats me who was punished for flame but not those guys who was ruined my every game by feeding enemy and saying "dude i was autofilled as support and no one change line with me so i go feed and troll"
