So I recently came from a game where one fo my teamates decided to be funny and ban the champion I had selected for no reaosn at all so I decided to play my second favorite champion which is yasuo not even 5 seocnds in there all spamming report yas for inting after I died once... and for the rest of the game they would find any reason to try to report me after literally verbally abusing me and cursing me out , and example is my supp who said I was toxic for saying "why didnt you use heal on me?" and he said I did so I said oh okay, they said I was the most otxic yasuo they have ver seen when all I did was reply to there questions in a respectful manner while they hit me with endless insults. I satyed calm and jsut watched what they said, while riven said I was toxic she left top lane open for the rest of the game after dying 2 times which makes no sense, and they all said I need to be banned and re think my attitude twards the community when i was the one being verbally abused by a discord party of 4 which made sense since non eof the blamed each other for a second so i didnt reply to them in a mean way at all simply replied in a calm manner while they where verbally abusing me and I gladly reported all of them for verbal abuse even the enmy team agreed with me on that one so if I end up getting banned for this reason i dont think theres any point in playing this gam eanymore because being flamed by a team of 4 after they purposly banned my champion makes no sense what so ever and then being cursed out aswell. I don't understand why people do this they ruin the whole point of fun in this game and the sad part is I get hit with punishments I don't deserve, why are people like this? i will never know.

If you were punished then you should have received a chat log showing what you said, we can't really make a judgement for or against you without seeing that. So I recommend you share your chat log here with us and we will do our best to help you out.

I understand it sucks to get a team that just constantly berates you and acts awful towards you, so for that I'm sorry. You didn't deserve to go through that experience.

But it is also important to note that the system rarely punishes in error, so it is possible that something you said in response to them was offensive or hurtful. If that were the case then revenge or retaliation would be no excuse. Self defense doesn't apply after you cross the line from <refuting negative claims about yourself> to <making negative claims about others.>

You should mute all.

I hope you reported them for the abuse.

As far as them reporting you... unfortunately there are people who try to bait others into retaliating so they can report the victim. Those reports are only valid if the player responds with negative/toxic behavior of their own.

If you didn't say anything toxic to them, you have nothing to worry about.

Reports flag games for review.

Reports do not mean you are automatically punished.
