A Toxic Duo

Hello, today during the only game I played I unfortunately ended up with a very toxic duo. The two toxic players on my team were playing Sona mid and Lulu support. I am sure they are a duo since they have the same clan tag along with similar summoner names. Once we first get into the game all is going well, however, the Draven adc we had that I was in a duo with had to be AFK for maybe a minute, so before anything happened. Once the Lulu saw this she immediately left bottom lane and sat near mid lane. When I asked what she was doing she said something along the lines of "STFU Xin I am providing vision for mid lane". By this point our Draven was back and trying to farm bot lane. This became hard without the support and he was a against a Caitlyn /Teemo bot making it hard for him to survive under tower. As Lulu was standing there mid lane she kept telling the enemy team to kill Draven . At this point I told her to shut up and please go back to her lane. She then refused and then Sona joined in. Throughout the game every mistake I made or each death was accompanied with lots of enemy missing pings along with a spam of my death timer. Meanwhile, the Sona was feeding. Eventually, I decided to mute them. However, I see in all chat from the enemy team saying stuff like "Okay I will report Xin". At this point I wanted to see what they were saying, and here they are convincing the enemy team that I am being toxic. They then believed this and I am pretty sure I got reported. Also, the Lulu was BMing everytime she got a kill. as the game went on the enemy team started saying I was trash while I tried to congratulate them on their plays. It ended with a loss and I reporting the Lulu and Sona . Overall, it was a terrible, confusing, and rather saddening experience. Of course, when does reporting rarely do things. I am making this thread as a way to maybe get Riot to try to do something about toxicity and maybe care about reporting more to prevent experiences like this.

Also is there a way to possibly get the chat log for this game?

(Lastly, should I provide summoner names of the Lulu and Sona ?)

i mean we can just look up your summoner and find their name so sure why not. I cant stand toxic duos

Reporting others do work, just look at the people complaining about their punishments on these sub-boards.

However, Riot does a horrible job in showing people that others have been punished, as you'll only get a notification if the game you reported them in was the game that punished them and not while it is building a case.

This leads to people thinking that the system doesn't work (low visibility as Riot calls it), and Riot is aware of the problem.

They have said before that new behavioral features that improve the visibility of the system will come after the new client is up and running smoothly. Hopefully we can get something like this.

Same problems found in DynaQ. Premades find power in numbers. It's just less oppressive, because they are limited to 2 people.
