No, Riot banned you because we don't want people like you to contaminate LoL into becoming a game engrossed with a high negative environment.

You said you don't deserve to be banned for trash-talking because we're just babies & trash-talking "defines the game as fun", but what you actually mean is that you just wanted to say it because you think it's fun, whilst ignoring the victim's feelings about it & think that they deserve to hear it.

And no, don't use that "they didn't use the mute button" as an excuse to prevent the permaban. They would only want to mute you because they think you're just plain annoying or not taking the chance to retaliate against you. You should know yourself when to stop trash-talking, instead of filling the air with just negative words in-game.

Take it as another tip before you try to use the title above as another excuse.

Saying gg ez into chat should not be something that offends you. If you are having some sort of issue with your personal life and someone saying gg ez affects you in a negative way, then its a sign you should not be playing this game. Uninstall League and deal with whatever it is. In other cases where you are hurt by gg ez then you should definitely not be playing this game. Its an online game, people are gonna trash talk, suck it up. The only times I report people are if they say stuff like "kill yourself" or they troll. There's a line of what you can and can't say and gg ez is on the can side.

People need to learn that, yes, it may be a game. But it's a game with other people that you don't even know. Going into the online aspect of League, people forget that even if their joking or just trying to have fun, someone another screen, who was unlucky and had a match with you, is going to have their feelings hurt. Not because their some "noob" or "a filthy casual" but because they have feelings just like you do. Riot understands this and is trying to make people realize this by showing that negative behavior leads to negative consequences.
