Ok i have enough of this! riot need to do something about it

Ok 4 games in the row i was having and afker or a feeder i report them in all 4 games nothing happen so i was like ok its their first time i was unlucky so i check the account of those people the 2 of them were actually do that for over 20 games yEAH 20 GAMES i was like wtf? they were all having ether one item and being extremely low lvl which mean they were afk or they were having scores like 0-20 or 0-15 and stuff like that with very weird builds who pretty much mean trolling!!

So where i am going here?

I play some games and it was a guy who was toxic i dont know he was having some issues so i report him the moment i exit the after match screen i take the notification that someone i report got banned and i was like yeah ok deserved~!

Then realize that this person got banned or chat restricted idk after my report or maybe 2-3 before mine and i have to ask

A guy who is toxic to 1 person is more game threating than someone who feed or afk? lets make an example here

Lets say i am toxic to 1 person in the team to my jungler (its always jungler fault right? {i main jungle the struggle is real}) so i am like "omg you useless jungler never gank wtf you noob bla bla"

This guy is all like yeah what ever muted so he muted me my toxic behavior instanly got counter

Now lets say i am troll but i dont curse so again i feel my jungler is useless so what i do? i feed i dont say a word i just feed

Guess what my behavior now have no counter my team cant do nothing against that behavior and i can continue doing that for many games (even riot have say that they cant understand when its trolling and when is "bad game" so i can destroy 20-30 games and maybe i will finally get banned

But the "toxic" person he will get banned in 3 games or less

So i have to ask here riot a guy who is toxic and he get counter by 5 second action by clicking mute on the little box is more game threating from someone who destroy GAMES and the gaming for 9 PEOPLE?

So how about fix the problem here? so how about start creating systems that actually punish the trolls and afkers? and stop trying to fix new systems who stop toxicity? i mean toxicity is bad but in the end we have something against it its called mute but what about the afkers? what about the feeders?

I mean when report someone for feeding its like i do nothing because i know that this person will continue and riot would just think that its a bad game

No riot someone at diamond 3 that i am currently going 0-15 as malphite having talisman and boots of swiftness as items no its not a bad game ok? its obvious

TL/DR please fix the game riot stop wasting time of how to stop toxicity and start finding ways to stop afkers/feeders they destroy the game way worst than the most toxic players in the game toxicity have a counter afkers/feeders have not
