what should I do if one of my teammates won't listen to/respond to chat or pings?

the amount of games I'm losing in silver is downright insane because of this. I'll admit I could have carried and won some of these games if I didn't mess up sometimes, but this is something that has tilted me so hard that I went from silver 2 promos down to silver 3 with like 19 LP. let me give an example of this. I'll box it out so that you can skip it if you don't care.

I was playing yasuo top and it was like 20 minutes in and vayne comes top after dying a few times bot lane. there was a lot of farm built up here in top lane and she was going to get there before me. note that there was also a lot of farm bot lane. i did the ctrl + click ping a few times but she just kept going and started taking the farm. so after that I went bot lane and got the bot farm instead. while I was backing I looked at top lane because I saw that renekton was back there. renekton was like 0/3 at this time, vayne ults and condemns him backwards towards his tower for some reason. she doesn't even try to kite, instead she keeps tumbling forward instead of backward even though renekton was running at her. she ends up dying because renekton stunned her under the tower. this whole time I was spamming pings for her to back off and she didn't even come close to killing him. after this she blames me for her dying because I was spamming pings for her to back off. the rest of the game she does a bunch of more stupid stuff like condemning people randomly and tumbling into the enemy team. she also would not group very much and only helped with like one out of the three dragons. we end up losing and I forgot how bad she did but she had like 15 deaths or something. in the post-game screen she tells everyone to report me and our mid laner who I believe was malzahar.

so what should I do if people are acting like this? this happens nearly every ranked game now and I don't know if me or one of my teammates just has to carry or what, but there has to be something I can actually do to prevent this besides just reporting her. I don't think I'm allowed to say report X because it's toxic or whatever, but 1 report isn't really gonna do much. again this isn't a thread saying that I'm the best and I deserve a higher rank cause I'm better than everyone else but please give me some advice with this :/ item 3070

Spamming pings is VERY distracting for some people. That being said, I've seen Vayne's knocking people back when they should be knocking them toward you. The match making is very broken and likely the cause of this problem though. I've been playing for years and I still get matched against complete beginners and gold players within the same games, it's a joke.

I love this game, but the matchmaking is so ridiculous sometimes there might as well not be one and just do random selection.

If i do teambuilder, I'm very likely to get matched a whole teams of gold when I'm unranked, the person who did coding for match making I think has no idea what they're doing.. I don't even do Duo queue because the ''boost' in matchmaking from duoing pairs me against people who are way better than I am, or anyone on my team.

You cry and ignore them and hope that one trolls get punished. But don't you dare call them out, that's just mean, unhelpful, unconstructive, and you might hurt their feelings!!!!!!!!!!!!!
