I dont know why riot doesnt have a clear option in support to report people who are scamming. Seems like they must not care about it?

The boards is not the place to report someone. If you wish to report him, please submit a ticket to http://support.riotgames.com under general game questions -> question about my account (or something like that).

wanna know whats the saddest part about this?

that all these people who are willing to pay $ to be boosted or buy a high level account to "prove " to a bunch of people that they will never know they were "good" at a video game that dont fukin matter

I know I'm not good enough to be in d5. I can only get to plat 5 and I been there forever. Just desperate to find ways to improve.

maybe your skill level is just that of plat 5 and nothign wrong with that...

the point of rank ( even though every one will disagree ) is to divided the player base among people of similar skill level so the game is challenging and rewarding at the same time...

if a bronze player played vs diamonds all the time they will find the game frustrating and stop playing

if the diamond player stomped bronze every game they will find it bored and unchallenged so they will quit playing

riot wasnt neither of these to happen because the more you play and the longer you play the more $ they make

you being plat is higher then i ever got but then again i quit playing rank in season 5 and i just play for fun in normals.

i had an account where i was gold as a mid player and this account which i got placed in silver from promos and had a 60% win rate on in rank

but i know no matter how much i try to improve im not gonna be diamond and part of that is due to physical limitations i have with my left hand due to a car wreck where i was hit by a drunk driver and have nerve damage and issues with dexterity in that hand/fingers

its ok man. just have fun when u play. rank isnt so important. i do want to see people who try to harm others punished though, was the point of my post.

I disagree. That's what your MMR is. Not your rank. Rank is a ladder, made to see who can climb to the top. MMR is match making rating, which is what matching similar skills is for.

Unless you are close to diamond you will learn nothing. You will get your face stomped in and lose the game for your team. It's best to work your way up. There are plenty of resources to learn about how to improve your gameplay out there.
