Trolls in lobby

Lately I've been reporting anyone being toxic in champ select (mainly people threatening to int) by lodging a support ticket. The response is always the same though...use the reporting feature in the end game lobby. But sometimes this just isn't possible since some teammates end up dodging after these threats are made, which is fair enough.

Is there a plan to introduce a reporting function in champ select?
