I don't know what you mean by good time league stories, but for me, anytime playing league is a good time. Why play league if it's not a good time? You are miserable on your free time? The fuck are you playing for? Just wasting time cuz your life sucks? I know bad games suck, but do you really not think league is fun anymore? Maybe you shouldn't play. Honestly. Think about it.
Don't worry, none of its legit anyway. Some of those are very clearly paid posts. There's a crew here who I like to call the RBSC aka the Rito Butt Slappers Club that goes around and downvotes anything critiquing Riot and upvotes corny "just get out your coloring book when you get flamed and Daddy Riot will take care of it" stuff. You'll know who they are because it's the same 5-10 people in every single thread.

Maybe I'm just lucky then. All I know is what works for me personally. Not that we haven't all had our share of super frustrating games, of course. :)
That said, I'm sorry you haven't had a similar experience with League. :(
