Is there a way to report post game lobby?

Maybe through contacting support? Just gone done with a game with one of those "gg ez" guys. That's...unsportsmanlike and annoying. I asked him why he feels the need to do it. He and his buddy then basically made fun of me for the next 2 minutes.

Now it's not that I'm crying, but for real, it's like spitting in your hand before shaking after a soccer game. I don't get why people do this, but I'm fairly certain reports I send in don't account for the post game lobby chat. I'd love if I could record post game lobby and send a video to Riot of how they're acting.

And if anyone reads this who acts this way ("Keep crying" "u so bad" etc), why the hell do you do it, for real? You're just being a **** for no reason.
