Perma banned for 1 poor game

hello there, I was recently perma banned on my account i had since beta. I've never been toxic in game, have almost always been respectful. I had a single 10 game chat restriction once because of a very toxic trade going on between me and another player. the other player never got banned for it while i did.

Recently, a similar scenario happened. I had just broken up with my girlfriend and was in a rather unstable state. I tried playing a ranked game (P3 ELO) and accidently took the blue buff from evelynn with my stacks as darius. he started flaming me for 10 minutes wouldnt stop attacking me in chat, would come take my farm exc. I was really fed up with it and couldnt handle myself anymore. So i started to talk back. which was a grave mistake. i literally just couldnt handle the situation, and in hindsight i would have muted him and moved on. I will note, the other team had also agreed to report the evelynn because she was flaming all chat about me. I DIDNT say anything bad for most the game until we were sure to win. then i said a few vulgar comments in response, which they responded equally as bad to.

I understand if this warrents a 10-20 day ban or a long chat ban. BUT to permanently ban me for this one game is a little over the top.

I have spent thousands in this game, with skins on every champ I have taken part in forums to great conversations! I have watched LCS for months

I emailed riot and got this response "My name is ******** and I'm with Riot Player Support and I'll be helping you today. Hopefully I can provide some clarity for you. Your account has been permanently banned due to excessive toxicity including racist and homophobic remarks.

Regardless of context, this is not something that we or the League community tolerates. There is really no excuse for this type of language and behavior. In these situations it is possible to skip other tiers of punishments, and it is what we've deemed appropriate here. It is worth noting however, that this isn't your first punishment. You've received chat restrictions in March.

Because of the severity of your behavior, we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.

Although this marks the end of the line, we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation with whatever new games you decide to play.

Best of luck in your future endeavors."

I want to know how or if i will ever be able to get this account back. i would be heart broken if i lost it forever.

Actually. Meet me. The guy who tricked riot into unbanning TWO OF MY RANKED ACCOUNTS. Hahahahah. It's a complicated story. Both accounts got banned again. I don't really care. I bought a new oe. IF that gets banned I'll keep buying accounts cause I can afford it. This account is banned. I wont' reveal my others. Take the D RIOT. I got the last laugh.. LOL

The punishment was realistic, given Riot's stance on slurs and that chat log.

That said, given how long you've been part of the community and the relative good standing of your account, you might as well submit more support tickets asking for leniency in the form of a 2-week ban. A more sympathetic Rioter may be able to help you.

That's an outside shot, though. You broke the rules in a flagrant fashion.

it sucks but you were the one who did what you did and said what you did... you have to do accept that and deal with the ban.

the real issue is people who take this game to seriously and act like a bunch of children trying to prove whos has the bigger rooster cuz it matters when you wont see that person again.

your 1st mistake is playing league when already in an emotional state. your 2nd mistake is to use the chat function in the game

if people just stop using the chat function they cant say stupid shit

Unfortunately, the account is lost forever. Accounts permanently banned for toxicity are only unbanned if the ban is found to have been in error. Your logs to indeed show racist and homophobic remarks, along with excessive negativity. As such, Riot will not overturn the ban.

To escalate straight to perma from 10 chat restriction means the things you've said in the heat of the moment must be some quite extreme and radical materials.

Remember, punishments take into account what you did and how frequently you do it.

If what you said was so heinous and so offensive that it pushed your punishment level to permaban, it won't negate the fact that you do it infrequently.

Now in retrospect, he taunted me to say every racial or homophobic slur, he was trying to get me banned. because if i had logs for both sides he said somewhere in it he dared me to say the N word, he dared me to call him a %%%, i was so beyond the point of being able to compose myself. and i apologize for it, but i want to be able to show both text channels not just mine which make me look worse than it actually is
