2 intentional throwers in a row...

Still no message of them being punished. The first one was lee who was actually doing good but got pissy for some reason and decided to jsut take my jungle as long as hes alive. Claimed it wasnt his only account so he didnt care. Second just brought toxicity to the game, blamed everyone else then said he doesnt even care and ran into 5 enemies multiple times. Cant there be a report section for trolling/Throwing?
