Report People Who Surrender?
Is Surrendering a reportable thing? It is giving up after all.. and thats one of the options in the report tab.
Im so sick of people surrendering at 20 minutes when im fed/able to carry.

I mean you can but it won't do anything.
Giving up in the case for reporting it refusal to play the game any more.
E.g. Vote fails and I just stay in base instead of playing.
Using the Surrender feature isn't punishable. Surrendering =/= giving up. Like Imperial Pandaa said, giving up is refusing to play the game to its end for one reason or another.
Beyond that, though, you're asking if it's punishable for people to use in-game features. The Surrender feature is just as punishable as using the in-game shop to buy items.
Yeah but majority wins. I mean, thats why they made it 70%+ as a surrender.. Even if you can carry everything if the other 4 don't want to play, they don't want to play.
They need 4 to surrender which means it is most of your team ...... Meaning that the surrender is fine because MOST of the players want to do it. Can't report people for that.
I'm pretty sure there is an option to report people for "giving up".
Just surrendering isn't punishable. I think, and Riot is free to clarify here, that the giving up option is for the people who just stop trying early in or spam the FF vote even if the rest of the team wants to keep trying.
