I feel morally hurt here...

As my account is been censored in EUW for some reason. This one and the one I am using to play with (havent posted with it, but it got censored for literally 0 reason), I decided to share my chat log here, for the 2 weeks ban I magically deserved, from literally the two games in which my teammates, verbally and vulgarly abused me whole match. True I am chatting and annoying. I even told my Mao in the first game to stop defending me, because it's pointless. But saying that this is deserving a 2 weeks ban, while 4 other people are constantly calling you are "troll" a "retard" or an "idiot" and spamming "report Kata" isnt punishable, is just sad. For the record, both games i'm playing Katarina. when i wrote "i blame kata" i ironized myself. Not someone else. Me and me alone. True I did blame random factors in the game which were and still are unfair, but that's still not ban worth. Here's the logs.

For the record, if the full log was here (enemy + teammate chat) you'd see that Im not even all that chatting in either of the games... Im actually the silent one.

P.S Just noticed there's a 3rd game! Oh dear Im so toxic in it... especially when people who literally went under enemy towers and flamed me for not "helping them", while I'm on the other end of the map.

P.S2, Forgive the grammar, I write poorly while playing as I write way too fast and errors tend to happen.

Edit: I just realized I actually had 25 games chat ban for 2 out of the 3 games already, which makes it even more annoying.

Just because the other four people are flaming you does not mean that it is okay to flame them back, or take your anger out on the enemy team. What you say is entirely your responsibility. If you cannot deal with your teammates insulting you, mute them. You don't need to hear what they're saying in order to report them, and if they're flaming you, chances are they're not using the chat for constructive purposes like giving advice or making calls, so you won't be losing out on much if you mute. Just rely on pings.

This is you acting peeved. It's nothing that would get you any punishment alone, but you're still being impolite to your teammates. Coupled with the rest of the stuff you said in-game, it's understandable.

This one is mean. You're insulting Xerath's skill. Yes, you're being toxic here, especially the part where you say "OH sorry, hurt poor Xeraths feelings ;(". That sentence is just so vitriolic, and you are trying to purposefully enrage Xerath there. Not cool.

You just continue to say sarcastic or negative remarks when you should have muted your allies a long time ago. You need to realize that replying snidely to your allies is unacceptable, even if they are flaming you. You are completely responsible for your own actions. You acted toxically, so you were banned for toxicity.

Were you punished recently with a chat restriction? While there is a bit of arguing here with your team, it doesn't necessarily seem like the type of logs that would escalate an account directly to the 14 day temporary suspension. However, if you were given a chat restriction, the next level of punishment is the 14 day ban. In case you weren't aware, there are four tiers of punishment:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14 day temporary suspension
  4. permanent suspension

Each time a player is considered in need of punishment, they are bumped to the next tier. It is possible, in the case of excessive toxicity, or use of hate speech, or for some of the non-chat related infractions for a player to skip the chat restrictions and move directly to a 14 day suspension. But your logs don't actually seem bad enough to warrant jumping tiers, especially not for EUW. There is a lot of negativity, and you are arguing with your team a fair bit, but this is more along the lines of something that would warrant a chat restriction, unless you were already at that tier. If you were, that would be why you were given the suspension.

Up until the permanent suspension, it is possible for a player to "work" their account back into good standing, basically by playing games and not demonstrating negative behavior. The higher the punishment tier, the longer it takes to do though. For someone at the 14 day suspension, it can take anywhere from 6 weeks to 7-8 months, depending on whether the player is still being reported.

What you will want to keep in mind, is that from this point, your next punishment tier is a permanent suspension of your account. So if you don't want to lose your account, you might want to strongly considering muting your team at the first signs of any complaints or flaming. If they start to say something to you, mute them and report them after the game. DO NOT reply to them.

Them saying that is not okay, and it very much so IS punishable. The problem is that so many people get wrapped up in retaliating that they stop being an innocent victim, and start being another guilty party. It's harassment for people to call you these things, or to repeatedly call for reports against you, and all you have to do is click the report button after the game.

Please, please, please, for your own sake, try to not say anything back to them in the future. It will take at least 2 months of regularly playing to work yourself down from the 14 day suspension tier, to where your next punishment won't be an automatic permanent suspension.
